Hwange National Park is Zimbabwe’s largest and most diverse game reserve, located between Bulawayo and Victoria Falls. Spanning over 14,600 square kilometres, it is home to more than 100 mammal species, including all members of the Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino—as well as over 400 bird species. Hwange is especially famous for its large elephant herds and excellent predator sightings.
