Suva, the capital of Fiji
The Capital of Fiji is Suva. Many of Fiji’s visitors tend to pass over the capital city but if you want to experience day-to-day Fijian life - then there are few better places. The city is on a peninsula with Laucala Bay to the east and Suva Harbour to the west. Our favourite part of the city is downtown which is diverse both architecturally and culturally. There are a nice collection of colonial buildings, modern shopping plazas, restaurants and a compact central business district.
