Mana Pools National Park is literally in the middle of nowhere, a pristine wilderness tucked away along the Zambezi River, and is well regulated, with policies attached to walking safaris (with longer tracks or days), as well as canoeing on the Zambezi River. In addition, Mana Pools has incredible wildlife, including a lot of elephants, lions, wild dogs, and hippos in front of beautiful floodplain landscapes. Mana Pools is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
