Argentinians Love for Beef
Argentinians aren’t shy about their love for beef, and one of the best ways to experience it is through asado—a signature element of traditional Argentine cuisine. This beloved form of Argentina’s BBQ is a social culinary ritual, featuring various cuts of beef and chorizo grilled to perfection and shared among friends and family.
