ULURU & KATA TJUTA

Rise early this morning to begin your Australia tour with a journey to Talinguru Nyakunytjaku in Uluru & Kata Tjuta National Park. Watch the first rays of the sun set the Red Centre alight while enjoying a warming cup of tea or coffee. This unforgettable experience is one of the best places to travel in Australia for breathtaking natural beauty and cultural significance.

Then travel to the mystical 36 domes of Kata Tjuta. On the way, enjoy panoramic views of the southern side of Kata Tjuta before arriving at the base of Walpa Gorge. Early morning travel from Ayers Rock Resort to Kings Canyon, stopping for breakfast at Kings Creek Station (included) along the way. As part of one of the most scenic Kings Canyon Australia tours, make the rocky climb to the rim of the canyon for marvellous views of Watarrka National Park. Follow the rim of the canyon, stopping to look down into the canyon gorge at lookout points.

Time permitting, you may choose to descend into the green oasis of the 'Garden of Eden'. Your journey along the Arnhem Highway, crossing the Adelaide River and Marrakai Plains. Stop at Nourlangie to view ancient Aboriginal rock art. After lunch, enjoy a scenic cruise on the famous Yellow Water Billabong. Conclude your day with a visit to the Warradjan Cultural Centre, where informative displays depict the rich traditions of the Aboriginal people in Kakadu.

KATHERINE GORGE CRUISE & EDITH FALLS (B/L)

This morning, we travel south, passing former World War II airstrips en route to Adelaide River. Enjoy a short stop to view the Adelaide River War Cemetery, a site dedicated to those who lost their lives during the attacks on Darwin in the 1940s.

Continue to Nitmiluk National Park for a guided cruise through Katherine Gorge, one of the remarkable places to tour in Australia. Spot crocodiles sunning on the banks and observe a variety of birdlife. The cruise through the first two gorges takes you past sheer rock walls rich in flora and fauna. A short walk is required before boarding the second cruise vessel.

Enjoy a picnic lunch, followed by a brief tour of Katherine. In the afternoon, we stop at Edith Falls, where there’s time for a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear pool beneath the falls.

CAIRNS (B/L)

We depart Cairns and cruise out to the Great Barrier Reef on a 25-metre high-performance catamaran, enjoying morning tea along the way. The first stop is the beautiful Michaelmas Cay, where most of our water activities take place, including a snorkelling tour assisted by our very own marine naturalist for new or nervous snorkellers. Enjoy a full-day Great Ocean Road tour Australia offers, showcasing some of the most spectacular coastal scenery on Earth, including the Twelve Apostles limestone stacks and the Gibson's Steps, site of historic cliffs. Take in views of the city and Port Phillip Bay as you cross the Westgate Bridge. Pass through Geelong on the way to the Surf Coast and the world-renowned surfing spot of Bells Beach.

Continue along the Great Ocean Road with a stop at Kennett River township to spot local koalas in their native habitat. After breakfast, transfer to Melbourne Airport to board your flight to Adelaide. On arrival in Adelaide, you will be welcomed and transferred to the InterContinental Hotel.

KANGAROO ISLAND (B/L)

After an early breakfast, we leave for a famous Adelaide Kangaroo Island tour. Experience this spectacular shipwreck island, home to a diverse range of wildlife and natural wilderness. Pass through the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula to Cape Jervis, where we board the ferry and cruise the Backstairs Passage to Kangaroo Island.

We'll visit our first stop at Seal Bay, where you will be able to walk along the beach in the company of nearly an estimated 500 Australian sea lions that live in the area. Then have an Aussie country-style lunch in a rural setting before taking on the terrific sights of Flinders Chase National Park, which is home to wallabies, kangaroos, goannas, echidnas, and many different varieties of seabirds.

Next, visit the iconic 'Remarkable Rocks', a group of granite boulders shaped by natural forces over thousands of years into astounding formations. We then move on to Admirals Arch, where you can view New Zealand fur seals in their natural ocean environment. Afterwards, re-board the ferry and begin the journey back to Adelaide.

ADELAIDE (B)

Enjoy one of the most enriching Adelaide day tours with a guided exploration of this captivating city. Known as the city of churches and the food and wine capital of Australia, Adelaide is filled with charm—from its historic sandstone homes and cottages to sweeping gardens and greenbelts.

Start your tour by visiting some of the main attractions: Trinity Church—Adelaide's oldest church, the famous Adelaide Oval—one of Australia's most notable cricket grounds, Parliament House and to bring the experience back down to earth, take in the River Torrens with its beautiful garden banks. We travel through rolling hills and the Mallee outback to the mighty Murray River, which transforms this thirsty land into a landscape rich with green vineyards, golden citrus orchards, and thriving rural communities. One of the most scenic Murray River tours from Adelaide, this journey begins as we pass through Verdun, the lush Adelaide Hills, and the historic mill town of Bridgewater before reaching Mannum—the birthplace of the River Murray paddle steamers.

After breakfast, you head north through the Swan Valley on a Perth Caversham Wildlife Park tour, stopping to view and photograph koalas and hand-feed kangaroos. After your visit to Caversham Wildlife Park, continue to the lobster fishing town of Cervantes for lunch. Stop at the Lobster Shack for an informative talk about the lobster industry, followed by a self-guided tour through the purpose-built factory.

Then it's onwards to the amazing Pinnacles Desert for a leisurely stroll through the unique landscape, simply taking in the sheer quantity and size of these limestone spires. After breakfast, we begin the day at the lovely Kings Park to experience a walk through the tree canopies. Then continue to Cottesloe Beach before arriving at Fremantle. Stay on the coach and return to Perth by road, travelling past exclusive suburbs, the University of WA, the Royal Perth Yacht Club, and the Old Swan Brewery.
